Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Agreement
By joining Ready to Bang Boxing Pty Ltd (“Ready to Bang Boxing”), you agree to participate in training programs and follow all gym rules, policies, and coach instructions.
If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on their behalf.
Class schedules, coaches, and services may change from time to time.
2. Membership Fees & Payments
- Membership fees are charged via direct debit (Stripe or PayPal)
- Payments are recurring (weekly or fortnightly as selected)
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available
If a payment fails:
- Access to classes may be suspended until payment is resolved
- A failed payment fee of $5 may apply
Ongoing non-payment may result in your account being referred for recovery.
3. No Lock-In Membership
Memberships are ongoing with no fixed contract term.
You may cancel at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Membership fees may be adjusted from time to time with reasonable notice.
4. Cooling-Off Period
You may cancel your membership within 3 business days of signing (excluding Sundays and public holidays), with no fees.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing to: readytobangboxing@icloud.com
5. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership:
- Written notice is required via email
- A minimum of 7 days’ notice applies
Payments will continue during the notice period.
You may continue attending classes during this time.
Memberships are non-refundable.
6. Membership Freeze (Medical)
Memberships may be paused for up to 4 weeks due to medical reasons.
- A medical certificate is required
- Freeze time will be applied without additional charges
7. Attendance & Conduct
- Failure to attend classes does not cancel your membership
- Members must follow all safety instructions and gym rules
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships for unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour
8. Classes & Facility Access
- Class schedules may change at any time
- Classes may be paused for public holidays, events, or maintenance
9. Media Consent
By participating, you consent to photos and videos being taken and used for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing.
10. Force Majeure
Ready to Bang Boxing is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health events, or government restrictions.
11. Communication
You agree to receive communication regarding your membership, including email and SMS.
12. Health, Risk & Liability Waiver
By participating in any training, classes, or activities with Ready to Bang Boxing Pty Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
12.1 Acknowledgement of Risk
Boxing and fitness training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Physical exertion and fatigue
- Slips, trips, and falls
- Contact with equipment or other participants
- Partner drills or sparring
- Serious injury, permanent disability, or death
You voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.
12.2 Participation at Your Own Risk
You agree that you participate entirely at your own risk and are responsible for:
- Your physical condition and fitness
- Preparing appropriately for training
- Following all instructions and safety guidelines
12.3 Release of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ready to Bang Boxing Pty Ltd, its owners, coaches, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from:
- Participation in training or use of facilities
- Actions of other members
- Negligence (to the extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law)
12.4 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where permitted, liability is limited to:
- Re-supplying the services; or
- The cost of having the services supplied again
12.5 Medical & Health Responsibility
You confirm that:
- You are medically and physically fit to participate
- You have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional
- You will inform staff of any injuries or health concerns
You agree to stop training immediately if:
- You feel unwell, injured, or unsafe
- A coach instructs you to stop
12.6 Safety & Conduct
You agree to:
- Follow all coach instructions
- Use equipment safely
- Respect other members
Ready to Bang Boxing may remove you from training if safety is compromised.
12.7 First Aid & Emergency Treatment
You consent to receiving first aid or emergency assistance if required during training.
12.8 Personal Property
You acknowledge that personal belongings are brought into the gym at your own risk. Ready to Bang Boxing Pty Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

By signing up, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- You agree to be bound by them
READY TO BANG BOXING PARENTS AND GUARDIANS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Enrolment AgreementBy enrolling your child in Ready to Bang Boxing Pty Ltd (“Ready to Bang Boxing”), you agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of your child.You acknowledge that:
All children must follow coach instructions and gym rules Class schedules, coaches, and programs may change as needed A parent or legal guardian must complete all forms and agreements for any participant under 182. Fees & PaymentsKids class memberships are billed via direct debit (Stripe or PayPal).

CommunicationYou agree to receive updates regarding your child’s membership, including email and SMS notifications.12. Physical exertion Slips, trips, or falls Contact with equipment or other participants Partner drills (no child sparring unless approved by a parent) Potential for injuryYou accept these risks on behalf of your child.12.2 Participation at Own RiskYou acknowledge that your child participates at their own risk and that you are responsible for ensuring:
Your child is physically able to participate Any relevant medical information is disclosed Your child follows instructions and behaves safely12.3 Release of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by law, Ready to Bang Boxing Pty Ltd, its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from:
Participation in classes Use of equipment Actions of other children Negligence (as permitted under Australian Consumer Law)Where permitted, liability is limited to re-supplying the service or covering the cost of re-supply.12.4 Medical ResponsibilityYou confirm that:
Your child is medically fit to participate You will inform staff of any injuries or health concerns Your child will stop training if they feel unwell or unsafeCoaches may remove a child from training if safety is compromised.12.5 First Aid & Emergency CareYou consent to your child receiving first aid or emergency treatment if required.12.6 Personal PropertyReady to Bang Boxing is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.13. Waiver & Release
ADULT WAIVER AND RELEASE
- Voluntary Participation
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to join, become a member of, or participate in the activities of READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD in Queensland, Australia (referred to as “READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD”).
These activities include, but are not limited to, instruction, techniques, training, and athletic activities commonly known as Boxing, Sparring, and Fighting, collectively referred to as “Combative Martial Arts”.
- Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge and understand that martial arts training is a dangerous and hazardous activity. The instruction, techniques and training methods taught at READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD (collectively referred to as the “Combative Martial Arts Methods”) involve potentially dangerous physical activities.
I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities with full knowledge and understanding of the risks involved, including the risk of serious injury or death.
I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with participating in these activities.
- Release of Liability
In consideration for being accepted as a member and being permitted to participate in activities conducted or sponsored by READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD, and for the use of facilities and equipment owned or leased by READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD, I hereby agree that I, my parents, guardians, partner, spouse, successors, and legal representatives (collectively referred to as the “Releasor”) will not make any claim against:
READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD, its affiliated organisations, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, agents, or members (collectively referred to as the “READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD Group”) for any damages, injuries, emotional distress, bodily injury, or other claims resulting from participation in activities associated with READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD.
This includes any claims arising from negligence, actions, omissions, or failure to act by any member of the READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD Group.
This release also applies to any manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or retailers of equipment used in connection with the activities of READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD (collectively referred to as the “Suppliers”).
The READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD Group and Suppliers are collectively referred to as the “Releasees”.
- Application of Queensland Law
This Agreement and any rights, duties and obligations between the parties shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any legal action or dispute relating to this Agreement must be brought exclusively within the courts of Queensland, Australia.
- Health Advisory and Physical Condition
I acknowledge that training and participation in Combative Martial Arts involves extremely strenuous physical activity.
I understand that I should consult with a physician before participating in such activities. I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical health and capable of participating safely in these activities.
I further agree that:
- I will honestly disclose my fitness level, health condition, medication use, medical history, and any relevant physical or mental health conditions to READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD.
- Although READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD takes reasonable steps to reduce risk and improve safety, it cannot eliminate all risks associated with martial arts training.
- I am responsible for my own preparation before training, my attention and safety during training, and my recovery after training.
- I will follow all rules, safety procedures, and instructions given by READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD staff and coaches.
- I will immediately inform staff if I experience pain, discomfort, fatigue, nausea, or any other concerning symptoms during or after training.
- I understand that I may stop participating at any time, and that staff may require me to stop if they observe signs of distress or unsafe participation.
- I consent to receive first aid or medical treatment from READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD in the event of injury, illness, or accident during training.
- Knowing and Voluntary Execution
I confirm that I have carefully read and fully understand this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.
I acknowledge that this document is a legally binding agreement between myself, READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD, and the equipment suppliers.
I voluntarily release READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD and associated parties from liability for any claims related to my participation in training activities.
I further confirm that:
- I am at least 18 years of age; or
- I am participating with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
I acknowledge that I am accepting this agreement freely and voluntarily.
- Boxing technique and fitness training
- Pad work and partner drills
- Age‑appropriate contact activities
- Athletic conditioning
- Physical exertion and fatigue
- Slips, trips, and falls
- Accidental contact with equipment or other participants
- Partner drills that may involve controlled contact
- Risk of injury despite supervision and safety measures
- READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD
- Its directors, officers, employees, coaches, agents, or members
- Any affiliated organisations
- Any manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or retailers of equipment used
- Negligence
- Actions or omissions
- Failure to act
- Accidents involving equipment or other participants
- My child is in good physical and mental health
- I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications
- I understand that READY TO BANG BOXING PTY LTD cannot eliminate all risks
- I am responsible for ensuring my child is prepared, hydrated, and fit to train
- Follow all rules, safety procedures, and coach instructions
- Inform staff immediately if they feel unwell, injured, or unsafe
- Stop training if instructed by a coach
- I have carefully read and fully understand this Kids Liability Waiver and Release Agreement
- I understand that this is a legally binding document
- I am signing voluntarily and without pressure
- I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named below
- I accept all risks on behalf of my child
